Chloe, Rachel and Rachel are back in the saddle after a long hiatus to tackle the biggest and hardest challenge of their lives: growing up.
The four-episode series, which will air on MTV, hits the road for a week to help them tackle a challenging year.
The series stars Chloe, a struggling actor who has been dealing with the fallout of her family’s breakup and the growing pressure to be a rock star.
Rachel, a newly single girl, finds herself struggling with the new responsibilities of raising a family while still finding the time to spend with her close friend Chloe.
The cast of The Fits includes Chloe, the youngest of the group, as Rachel, and Chloe’s ex-boyfriend Josh, who returns to the fold after a stint in rehab.
They are joined by the talented actress Lucy Liu, who plays Chloe’s new best friend, Mia, who is a former stripper turned DJ.
“I was going to say ‘f— you, Lucy Liu’ when she was talking about how we’re not friends anymore,” Chloe said in a recent interview with PEOPLE.
“But I think it’s great that she was able to play a role that was so real and real in the way that it brought me to tears and made me so emotional.
I love Lucy Liu and her work.”
The Fitted stars have also joined the cast of the upcoming movie, The Fittest Man Alive, which is set to hit theaters in October.
Rachel says she and Chloe will have to get used to the idea of being friends with their former partners, but she still plans to be around for the rest of the movie.
“They will always be friends, but it will be a little different,” she said.
“And it will also be a lot different for them because they’ve got so much more on their plate and so much to deal with in the coming year.”
Rachel has already started working on her music career, but says that she’ll have a tough time making the same impact with Chloe.
“She’s so talented and she has a great voice, but I think we both kind of understand what’s coming for her in the next few years,” she says.
“It’s going to be hard.
She’ll be older and have more responsibilities, but there’s going the same old thing.
You want to do what you love, but you don’t want to disappoint anyone.”
In an interview with The Associated Press last year, Chloe said that she’d never wanted to be in a relationship before, but is excited about the possibility of it becoming reality.
“We’re both going to have to be more mature,” she told the AP.
“There’s a lot more that needs to be addressed with our relationship.
We’ve got a lot of things we have to work on and we have a lot to learn.
I think I’m a better person now because I’ve grown up, I’ve made changes, I’m more aware of things.”
“When we were younger, we were a little bit more reckless,” she tells PEOPLE.
“(We) didn’t know what we were doing.
I mean, we had our own ideas of what we wanted.
